Crimmigration is the intersection of criminal law and immigration law. It is a rapidly developing niche of law that requires specialized knowledge of both criminal law and immigration law in order to best protect the client’s rights and their case.

Here is where we focus on protecting our client’s immigration status while helping them navigate their state or federal criminal proceedings. We understand the immigration related consequences of criminal convictions and do all that we can to minimize those consequences and keep our client’s immigration status intact. This is particularly important for lawful permanent residents (green card holders) that may have found themselves facing state or federal criminal charges.
