Jessica Sherman-Stoltz is the president of Sherman-Stoltz Law Group and the directing attorney of Liberty Immigration Attorneys.
She embodies the spirit of the firm: passionate, compassionate, understanding, diligent and effective. Jessica is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Her experience working with a Virginia Commonwealth Attorney’s Office and as a criminal defense attorney gives Jessica a broad understanding of how criminal law can affect clients. Her experience in these areas and her work in immigration law provides a unique and rare understanding of the implications of criminal convictions on those in immigration proceedings. She works hard to ensure the best possible outcome for her immigration client’s that are facing criminal charges.
Jessica’s goal in life is to help others in their worst moments, and to do so with grace, compassion and zealous advocacy. She provides hope and opportunity for families across Virginia and the United States.
Nicholas is originally from Miami, Florida. Nicholas graduated law school with honors: Cum Laude and Order of the Crown. He received the Highest-Grade Awards, for his class, in Commercial Law and Real Estate Finance. He was also recognized for his leadership, while in law school, by receiving a Rising Star Leadership Award.
During his employment, Nicholas has been recognized with a Community Outreach Award for the steadfast work that he performs and the care that he places in fulfilling our mission goals.
Nicholas is an Assocaite Attorney with his focus in immigration. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Nicholas shows his commitment and compassion to others by being available, strongly advocating for the rights of others, and guarding other’s interests like they were his own.
Pam was born and raised in Virginia. Shea has a background in social services, having worked as a social worker in West Virginia for eight years and at an outpatient recovery clinic for opioid addiction.
Pam attended Rasmussen College, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. In 2015, she began working as an Immigration Paralegal with a small Virginia-based firm.
Pam oversees the day-to-day activities of our immigration division and heads our human resources department.
Born and raised in Chile, Pablo immigrated to the United States in 2017. He completed school in Chile with a focus on Social Sciences.
Pablo has his pilot’s license and worked as a flight attendant for several years before beginning his work in underrepresented communities. Before joining our team, he worked with children on the Autism Spectrum.
Pablo is fluent in English and Spanish and serves as our lead immigration paralegal. Pablo works directly with our immigration attorney to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
Jan-Nel grew up in Virginia and joined our team with extensive knowledge of criminal, civil, and immigration processes.
She has previously worked with various charitable organizations and law firms, showing dedication to ensuring clients have a positive experience.
Jan-Nel serves as our criminal defense paralegal and works in our home office in Waynesboro, Virginia.
Vezaida has been working with legal professionals since 2015. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has experience dealing with complex issues.
Vezaida is our family law paralegal, providing direct support to our attorneys to ensure we provide the best services possible to our clients.
Additionally, Vezaida provides support and guidance to our clients outside of the courtroom, ensuring the legal process runs smoothly during a difficult and challenging time in our client’s lives.
